EFFECTIVE MAY 3, 2020
NO RETURNS will be accepted for any OPENED PACKAGES if the item was purchased on or after the date this policy is in effect due to potential contamination with COVID-19. On a later date, we may accept returns that would normally fall within the 30-day return policy window but could not be returned due to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Our return policy remains unchanged for unopened, untampered packages.
At Apotheosis Products, we value your business and do our absolute best to ensure your product is shipped in the fastest and most efficient way possible. Additionally, we take precautions to ensure shipments arrive in perfect and undamaged condition. We ship most orders on the next business day, but your order may take up to two business days to dispatch. In the rare case the product is backordered or not available for shipment, we will state this on our website prior to your order. Orders will be shipped using the most efficient and effective shipping method that can meet the promised speed of service.
We hope you are happy with all of your purchases with Apotheosis Products. However, we understand that in some circumstances you may want to return your product to us for a refund or replacement. We offer a 30 day return policy. Items returned to us must be in unused, unopened condition in original manufacturer packaging. We make an exception to this policy in cases where:
- The item is received damaged, improperly packaged, or is broken.
- The product received was different from the one ordered.
- Our customer service department chooses to make an exception to this policy.
If you would like to initiate a return with us, please contact us via email@example.com. Provide your Order ID and a reason for return. There are two options for shipping a returned product back to us:
- We will provide a return label and deduct the cost of the label from your refund. We'll let you know how much this label will cost when you initiate your return.
- You can ship the product back yourself to the address provided when you initiate your return. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred, but you are free to ship it utilizing any trackable service. Items shipped "postage due" or without a tracking number cannot be accounted for and will not be refunded.
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and issue a refund within 5 business days. In the rare event your item is returned in poor condition or in a condition different then what was described when your return was authorized, we reserve the right to:
- Refuse to issue a refund and ship the return back to the customer at no extra charge.
- Impose a restocking fee of up to 50%, a processing fee of up to 25%, or both.
